Sunday School Information
Sunday School at the 9:00am service: Children begin worship with their parents then are dismissed for Sunday school after the children's message,downstairs where they have a time of worship of their own before being dismissed with their teacher to their classes.
Sunday School at the 10:30am service: Children in Kinder - 5th meet in a one room class for Sunday school.
We believe that children need to experience the faith community to feel a part of it and worship with all ages. Studies have shown if children never experience church while growing up they will not think to attend as an adult. So, if you hear kid noises in church, celebrate!
Nursery
Nursery care is available for children under 2 years of age at both the 9:00am and 10:30am services. We have a separate class for 2 year olds through 4 year olds at the 9:00am service only.
Acolytes
Acolytes—Lighting the candles in church is an important way to serve and acolyte training happens every fall for 3rd graders only at the 9:00am service and for 3rd grade and up at the 10:30am service. If you have a child who is interested please contact Karen Ellis our Childrens Ministry Director.
March 11th - Bible Sunday for 2nd Grade Children
Attention 2nd Grade Parents: Bible Sunday is March 11th. If you would like your child to receive a Bible that morning from Pastor Tracy, please contact Karen Ellis at karen@parkcitychurch.org with your child's name how you would like it to appear in their Bible by March 4th.
Vacation Bible School - June 25th - 29th
Registration for VBS will begin March 25th for members of Park City Community Church and then will be open to the public beginning April 1st. Please plan on signing your child up early as VBS fills up fast!
Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp's young adults will be leading our children in Bible study, games, songs and crafts all centered around a common theme. Again we will be offering pre school for ages 3 & 4, child must be potty trained, only 18 spots available; and then Kinder - 5th grade as usual going by the grade they will be in next fall.
